PA74 Music, with registered office at Via Piemonte 3 – 27058 – Voghera (PV) (hereinafter referred to as “PA74 Music”), is committed to constantly protecting the online privacy of its users. This document has been drafted in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”) in order to allow you to understand our privacy policy and to be informed about the manner in which your personal information is managed when you use our website (hereinafter the “Site”) and to provide your express consent to the processing of your personal data in an informed manner. All information and data provided by you or otherwise acquired in the context of using services for information requests, technical support, promotion, sending commercial newsletters, or other actions (such as accessing the restricted area of the Website), will be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations guiding PA74 Music’s activities. All data processing activities for website users carried out by PA74 Music are inspired by the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose and storage limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality, as required by the Regulation.

 

Definition of Personal Data
Personal data is defined under Article 4 of the GDPR as any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”). A person is considered identifiable if they can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity. All information acquired while navigating the Site will be used for the purposes indicated and described in this Document. During navigation on the Site, PA74 Music will process data acquired following user activities or arising from use of services provided by the Site. The information processed may be manually entered by the User, collected automatically, or obtained via third parties. Contact Data
These are personal data capable of identifying the User through information such as, for example, company name and VAT number, first and last name, tax code, address, email address, fax, website, date of birth, telephone or mobile number for individuals, and information provided at registration, as well as unique IDs used by advertising services such as Google Ads.

 

Data Acquired During Site Navigation
Computer systems used to ensure the proper functioning of the Site acquire certain Personal Data that is automatically processed through standard Internet protocols. Although the information acquired during navigation is not collected with the intention of identifying specific users, it could enable user identification when combined with data held by third parties.

 

List of Navigation Data
IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the Site; the URI addresses of requested resources; the time of the request; the method used to submit a request to the server; the numeric code indicating the status of the server’s response (successful operation, error, etc.); the size of the response file; other parameters related to the operating system. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about Site usage, to monitor proper operation, and to detect anomalies and/or misuse. Some Site sections and functionalities set up for the acquisition of Personal Data may require disclosure of data falling under Article 9 of the Regulation, such as “data suitable to reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a person, data concerning health or sexual life or sexual orientation.” PA74 Music advises users not to publish such data unless strictly necessary. In any case, any publication by the User of strictly personal information, even without specific consent, releases PA74 Music from all responsibility, which cannot be subject to any claims since, in such a case, the processing shall be considered authorized as a result of the data subject’s free and informed choice to make it public, in accordance with Article 9(1)(e) of the Regulation.

 

Data Voluntarily Provided by the User
Should the User, using certain features of the Site, provide PA74 Music with personal data belonging to third parties, the User assumes the position of Data Controller, with all legal duties and liabilities. As a result, the User indemnifies PA74 Music from any liability regarding disputes, claims, compensation requests, etc., made by third parties whose Personal Data has been processed in violation of applicable data protection laws following the use of Site functionalities by the User.

 

Cookies
General Premises and Definition:
